is verified, you can log in and begin measuring images.
To submit a measurement job
select "Measure" from the navigation bar and click "Create Job". You will be asked to
give the group of images a “Job Name”, select the right “Species” for the samples you
are measuring, fill in the “Camera Calibration” of your microscope camera that
captures your image, and select one or more images through the “Choose Files” button. To
submit the job simply press the "Submit" at the bottom of the form and wait for the

address. The included link will direct you to your completed jobs, where you can
download measurements and visualisations.
Completed jobs will have three artifacts
that can be downloaded.
Aggregate Measurements which contain image level measurements such as pore count, density and g max.
Pore Measurements contains complex level measurements pore width, length, area, width/length ratio, opening status; guard cell area (total per stoma) and if applicable subsidiary cell area (total per stoma). For each detection a confidence score ranging from 0-1 is included indicating the strength of the detection model's response to the complex, detections below 0.6 are filtered by our backend.

All your jobs can be viewed
from the "Measure" > "View Jobs" option in the navigation bar. Each job will be shown as
a row in this table which can be sorted by name, species, calibration, status and date
of submission. Clicking a row will take you that that job's summary where, if it is
completed, an option to delete the job is present. Selecting this will permanent delete
all files associated with your job uploaded or otherwise.
Your account can be deleted from the "Account" > "Manage Account" page. This will delete all jobs you have every submitted and their associated files.
